1. Click Start, or hold down the Windows logo key (Winkey) to open the Start menu.
2. Right click My Computer.
3. Select Manage (from the context menu).

In the resulting Computer Management (dialog box)

1. Double click Storage to open the tree.
2. Double click Disk Management (from within the tree), see below

1. Right click the drive whose letter assignment you want to change.
2. Select Change Drive Letter and Paths (from the context menu).
3. Select Change, and then click on the down-arrow to the right of the current drive designation.
4. Select new drive letter, and then click OK.

  Only available drive letters will be listed, and the new drive letter assignment will not take effect until you restart your computer.

1. Hold down the |Ctrl| key and then press the letter |P| to open the Print dialog box.
2. In the bottom left corner of the dialog box, click on the Options button.

In the Display section of Word’s Options box, you’ll find a number of choices. From here you can choose to print hidden text, backgrounds, drawing and properties. You can also have Word update links and form fields before printing.

Want even more options? Open the Advanced section of Word’s Options box. Scroll down to Print. From this vantage point, you can set options for print order, duplex printing and print quality.

When satisfied with your selection, click OK.

Any options selected will remain default entries until changed.
